Fender also joined in, collecting more than £100,000 on his recent tour to assist numerous small stages across Britain.

These funds helped spaces that were facing potential shutdown due to issues stemming from floods, fires and bereavements, as well as permit problems, court cases and sound issues.

Additional spaces were granted monetary aid in modernizing facilities and sound and lighting systems that helped performers and fans.

"The idea that money from concerts in large arenas backs the independent spots, where it begins for musicians like me, is just sensible," Sam Fender has stated.
